Payment Terms

We offer the following payment terms to our customers:

• 10 days net (standard)
• Prepayment (in case of insufficient creditworthiness)

There are no discounts and longer payment terms are not granted.

Shipping costs

• We offer deliveries only ex works (EXW), not carriage-paid-to (CPT).
• Shipping costs are charged to all customers.
• If a customer wishes to pick up merchandise or have it shipped to the customer's account, a €5 handling fee will be charged for the additional expense. Pickup notifications to customers only automated via delivery bill.

Packaging fees

• We charge a flat rate of €9.00 per box for cardboard packaging and ESD packaging material. This also applies to returns of customer material to the customer.

Shipment of goods to customer

• Each delivery bill is normally packed in a separate package.
• Dispatch of several assemblies in one package only in reasonable exceptional cases.

Deadline deliveries

• In principle, we deliver to customers up to 10 days before the actual confirmed date without change confirmation and without consultation.
